Shipping & returns

Shipping policy:

•     Delivery inside Riyadh city takes 24 hours, remaining cities within 2-5 days.

•     Orders less than 250 SR, will be charged 25 riyals per order. 

• Orders more than 250 SR will be free of charge,but additional weight more than 20 kg will charge one riyal per one kg. 

• In case the weight of the shipment is more than 20 kilograms,there will be an additional charge of one riyal for each additional kilogram.

•     Cash on delivery service will charge additional 15 riyals.

Return policy

• The return policy for any food products are 3 days and 7 days for accessories.

• The returned product must be in the same condition as received and never been used or  opened.

• If the customer receive wrong product or not matching the request order, the store will cover the whole cost of the delivery

• If the customer wishes to return or replace  products for other reasons, will be charging the amount of return or replacement.

• For any order purchased through voucher and customer request to return the order, the amount will be added to the wallet as a point and can’t be sent to the customer bank account.

• Any amount considered as a purchase voucher can’t be transferred to the customer bank.

• The amount will be sent to the customer after verifying the order condition. This might take up to 21 working days

• Order paid by credit card or mada card will be returned to the same credit card and period of return will be dependent on the service provider policy .

• Cash on delivery payment will return to the customer bank account after contacting the customer to provide bank details. This might take up to 14 working days

• Replacement orders allowed to customers who registered in the store for a membership, other than this only return will be available. 

• Any replacement request, after inspecting the product and approving the request, the amount will be sent to the member wallet in our store to be used for future purchase. 

• Any orders more than 250 riyals and customers request to return the order, the store has the right to charge the customer the previous free shipping charge.
